Despite being in the potty training phase, we are still using cloth diapers for naps and running errands. I recently became a Tiny Tush affiliate, and was sent the Tiny Tush Elite 2.0 pocket diaper to test out and share with you. If you have a larger baby or a toddler, you’re going to want to check these cloth diapers out!
The Tiny Tush Elite 2.0 is a one-size pocket diaper, with three rise settings to adjust the fit for babies from 8-35+ pounds. With a super soft fleece inner, your baby will stay comfortable and dry; the fleece pocket features a wide opening — making it easy for dads to stuff! The waistband tabs feature two snaps (with a third snap for smaller babies) to secure the tabs and avoid wing droop. We all know that fun designs is one of the perks of cloth diapering, and Tiny Tush doesn’t disappoint! The Tiny Tush Elite, available in both aplix or snap enclosures, comes in 13 solid colors and 17 different designs.
As I said, the Tiny Tush Elite 2.0 is great for larger babies, but don’t be fooled, smaller babies will fit in this just fine! The Elite 2.0 is a one-size pocket diaper, designed to fit babies from 8-35+ pounds! My son almost two years old and weighs right around 30lbs., and he still has plenty of room to grow in the Tiny Tush Elite 2.0 (just in case potty training doesn’t prove effective). The front waistband design ensures that the diaper lays flush against your baby in the waist and creates a trim fit (many pocket diapers allow the pocket to be stuffed all the way up to the top of the front waistband, which creates a thicker waist and poorer fit).
With your choice of two Fold-to-Fit microfiber inserts or two 3-ply microfiber inserts (small and large), the Tiny Tush Elite 2.0 allows you to adjust the diaper absorbency for newborns up to toddlers. My son is a heavy wetting toddler and he puts this diaper to the test!
- great diaper option for those with larger babies OR for toddlers
- waistband design creates a trim fit
- rise options make this an excellent one-size diaper choice
- the crotch is a little wider on this diaper (this is likely a preference issue, as I prefer a more narrow crotch in cloth diapers)
