Morning:
Morning exercise and meditation for a mindful start to the day.

Section 3: Overcoming Challenges

  • Stories from participants about personal difficulties, challenges and the ways in which they overcame them.
  • Roundtable: open discussion on “How overcoming challenges helps us grow and develop”.

Lunch:
Time for socializing and making new connections among the female participants.

Section 4: Dreams and Goals

  • Stories from participants about their dreams, ambitions and goals in life.
  • Interactive sessions where each participant can define her goals and develop an action plan to achieve them.

Closing of the meeting:
Final words from the organizers and thanks to the participants.
Exchange of contacts so that the participants can continue to communicate and support each other after the event.
